Biographical / Historical
The University of Toledo’s workforce development program was designed to help train and educate workforces so that they can improve the region they live and work in. This means that the University of Toledo cooperates with business leaders from communities to create new projects in their communities. In this collection, Beatty Anzaldua served as a grant writer for both continuing education and workforce development. She worked heavily with Owens Corning and their facilities across the United States. She also worked closely with the Latino Alliance at the University of Toledo.
