Collection contains reports, memoranda, and correspondence documenting the office of the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs during the tenures of Richard Perry and David Lindsley. The files pertain to issues involving the administration of Academic Affairs, but most concern issues of budgeting and funding.

Collection is open for research. Materials may be accessed by request at the Ward M. Canaday Center for Special Collections on the fifth floor of the William S. Carlson Library on the main campus of the University of Toledo. Materials do not circulate.
