Scope and Contents

The collection is divided into an Alumni section and A Development section. Box 1 contains Development material, relating to the Arts & Sciences, ComTech, Law, and University Colleges. Box 1 also contains oversize Alumni material, including a scrapbook for the Alumni Circus, 1950-56.

Box 2 contains the bulk of Alumni material, including District VII basketball tournament information, 1978-1984; records of scholarships granted by the Alumni Association from 1970-82. Box 2 also contains information on Alumni fund-raising activities, plans for Dr. Glen Driscoll’s retirement in 1985, and material from the dedications of buildings on Main Campus from 1953-1982.

Conditions Governing Access

Collection is open for research. Materials may be accessed by request at the Ward M. Canaday Center for Special Collections on the fifth floor of the William S. Carlson Library on the main campus of the University of Toledo. Materials do not circulate.
