Scope and Contents
The Collection contains budgets, course offerings, load reports, memoranda, faculty minutes, and general administrative files pertaining to the activities of the College of Arts and Sciences. Information is arranged alphabetically by subject and chronologically within categories. The College has undergone several name and organizational changes. In 2010, the college was divided into the College of Language, Literature, and Social Science (LLSS) and the College of Natural Science and Mathematics. In 2016, LLSS was renamed the College of Arts and Letters. Future related series of records will be filed under their current College name.

Conditions Governing Access
Collection is open for research. Materials may be accessed by request at the Ward M. Canaday Center for Special Collections on the fifth floor of the William S. Carlson Library on the main campus of the University of Toledo. Materials do not circulate.
