Collection contains correspondence regarding the nursing program as well as memoranda and reports pertaining to the establishment of it. Additional information includes papers on baccalaureate and associate degrees at the University.
Collection contains the files of Frank Pizzulo, Assistant Vice President for Facilities Management (formerly Assistant Vice President for Safety and Plant Operations). The series documents the administration of the office, which is responsible for Plant Operations and Public Safety. Today it is called Facilities and Construction, operating within the Office of Finance and Administration.

Collection contains files documenting the development of publications used by the Office of Admissions to recruit students to the University of Toledo.
Collection contains the administrative files of the Director of Admissions (later changed to Director of Enrollment Management) documenting all aspects of that office. Included is much information on enrollment trends and efforts of UT to increase enrollment through recruitment and retention. This also includes video tapes from the University.
Collection contains reports used by the Office of Admissions (later Office of Undergraduate Admissions) to assist in the recruitment and retention of students to the University of Toledo. It includes ACT Class Profiles, a statistical profile of freshmen classes; Yield Analysis Reports, indicating effectiveness in recruiting targeted groups; and some college-specific enrollment reports.

Series consists of the faculty handbook detailing faculty-related policies for the School of Allied Health, 1991-2008. The School of Allied Health was merged into the College of Health Science and Human Service with the merger of the Medical University of Ohio and the University of Toledo in 2006.
Collection contains annual reports of the Alumni Association and the Alumni Foundation documenting gifts and major activities of the organization.
Collection contains files documenting the administration and activities of the Office of Alumni Relations. Included is correspondence of the director, files on activities planned for UT alumni by the office, and publications of the office.
Collection contains large reprints of historical photographs of the University of Toledo, prepared for the Homecoming Reunion of the Class of 1951. Also included is a medallion given to Class of 1951 members with the inauguration ceremony for President Daniel Johnson, which coincided with the Homecoming festivities.

Most of the material is arranged alphabetically by last name of alumni, with the exception of some general Alumni Association files and a small group of material from The Collegian which is chronologically arranged.
Collection consists of nominating material for various teachers who have won the Outstanding Teacher Award. The years the teachers won the awards vary from 1959-1984. Files are alphabetical by teacher’s name. The material for those candidates who did not win were incorporated into their bio files. If there was not a previous bio file, one was made.
Series also contains a folder of miscellaneous correspondence, memos, and nominating forms.
